Jennifer Mulholland is the owner of Executive AwakeningsTM - a coaching company, founder of the Wellbeing Collaborative - an integrative health care community, and creator of Conscious Conversations - a social networking and awakening experience. Jennifer is a thought leader, visionary and positive change agent who enjoys strategy, innovation, facilitation, and helping to raise the consciousness of people in the world. Using her coaching and facilitation methods, energy work, and Deeksha, she guides individuals and groups to connect to their authentic selves, use their head and hearts, and reach their fullest potential.

Jennifer’s professional career spans business & life coaching, business ownership, start-up technology, founding a non-profit organization, consulting, executive leadership, and innovation (bringing new solutions to market), integrative wellness, and healing.  Specifically, Jennifer has built 3 consulting organizations, one of which was for a $10.8 billion dollar Fortune 500 company. She has owned, built and managed 3 companies, Women’s Wasatch Lacrosse, Monarch Computer Consulting, and Executive Awakening’s, wearing a multitude of hats and learning the hands-on experience of management and leadership. Her corporate accomplishments include; creating an Innovation Framework (a repeatable methodology designed to bring new products and services to market) that was adopted by 80 business units; developing a new services offering and approach that led to a $10M sale; building the first strategic consulting organization for SunGard Higher Education; and building the first professional services team to install, train, and implement the first higher education web portal in the market, called Campus Pipeline. Her non-profit accomplishments include; bringing the sport of women’s lacrosse to the state of Utah (growing the organization from zero to over 500 members in 4 years).

Additionally, Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working with energy medicine and different healing modalities. Jennifer is an awakening coach, a writer, an innovator, an entrepreneur, a healer, a Deeksha / Oneness Blessing Giver, a public speaker, a facilitator, an ordained minister, a mother, a wife, an athlete, and a dedicated friend.

She lives in Park City, Utah with her husband, 7 month old daughter and 6 year old son. Jennifer enjoys Alpine and Nordic skiing, running, writing, entertaining, traveling, and cultivating new and existing friendships. She is an All-American lacrosse player and continues her involvement with the sport today.
